International Shipping

Shipping Fees: A flat shipping fee of INR 3500 is applicable for international orders. The fee may vary for orders involving multiple items, and our team will notify you accordingly.

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary international shipping for orders exceeding INR 35,000.

Customs & Taxes: As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.

Delivery Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks (10-15 business days) for your package to arrive. Delays may occur due to customs procedures.

No Returns or Exchanges: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

handcrafted by artisans in India. Variations in color and texture are intrinsic characteristics of our handloom products.

Exchange Policy: Items may be exchanged for alternative sizes (one size up or down). We do not offer refunds. For inquiries regarding size, fabric, or fit, please email care@hempzero.in.

Return Costs: While we facilitate the return pick-up, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery.

Custom Orders: Exchanges are not applicable for customized products. For any issues with custom orders, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Alterations: One-time alterations are available for customized products, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
